Only mom, dad, or your legal guardian may visit you. Others on a case by case basis may visit if approved by your probation counselor. All individuals must bring picture ID when visiting in detention.

Purses, tote bags, coats or any item in which contraband (see contraband section below) could be concealed will not be allowed into detention. Visitors should leave all such items at home or in their vehicles. There is no storage space available for such items in detention. No smoking is allowed in county buildings.
Detention is a secure facility. Introducing contraband into a detention facility is a crime. Contraband means any article or thing which a person confined in detention is prohibited from possessing. Detainees are not allowed to receive anything directly from visitors. Detainees may receive, after security examination by detention staff, mail, school work, books and magazines. All other items are prohibited.
Phone calls are limited to parents/guardians, clergy, and attorneys. Phone calls with parents / guardians are allowed, incoming and outgoing, incoming from 6 to 7 p.m. for detainees at levels III and IV. Detainees at levels I and II do not have phone call privileges. Exceptions to this policy require specific written approval by the assigned probation officer. Lengths of phone calls are limited according to detention population.
