1. Vacation Rental Certificates of Compliance for 2019 are due December, 31


    Every holder of a vacation rental permit in San Juan County is required to annually submit a Vacation Rental Certificate of Compliance.  Vacation rental certificates of compliance for 2019 are due on December 31, 2019.  You can now submit those online through the new San Juan County Online Permit Center.  In order to submit online you will need to sign up for a portal account in the new system. If you already have created an account in the new system, you will be able to go to your account and submit your certificate.

    2020 Dog Licensing Season


    The dog licensing season was kicked off in grand fashion at the courthouse last week, when the first dog tag of 2020 was issued to a special “celebrity” canine. Mia, an 8-year old Standard Poodle, escorted by her owner Barbara Wright, received tag #1 at the Auditor’s office.
