Submit a public records request using the County's Record Center (
link to page). Community Development records include paperwork associated with construction and land use projects, such as certificates of occupancy, inspection forms and/or permit cards showing final approval, applications and other supporting documentation.
Not all projects were documented consistently, but a thorough search of all Department of Community Development (DCD) collections is conducted whenever records are requested.
Some parts of DCD collections have been digitized and can be found using a Polaris parcel search (
