Adopted Shoreline Master Program Documents

The County Council adopted the updated Shoreline Master Program as Ordinance 1-2016 on April 5, 2016. Ordinance 1-2016 has been amended by the adoption of Ordinance 11-2017 on September 19, 2017. The updated SMP was officially approved by the Washington State Department of Ecology on Monday, October 16, and becomes effective on October 30, 2017.
