San Juan County Seeks Consultant for Updating the Critical Areas Ordinance

SAN JUAN COUNTY, WA. May 2, 2023 – San Juan County’s Department of Community Development (DCD) seeks a qualified consultant to review and update Best Available Science (BAS) and write an update of the Critical Areas Ordinances in accordance with the Washington State Growth Management Act. 

The update will include upland critical areas outside shoreline jurisdiction. The consultant must have immediate availability and relevant experience. All submittals must be received by 12:00 pm on Friday, May 26, 2023.
