What is the Land Capacity Analysis all about?
The Land Capacity Analysis is intended to provide insight into the amount of additional development currently possible given existing development and land use regulations. When applied county-wide it will tell us how much development can take place given current conditions. It is worth noting that this analysis does not tell us how much development should take place. This is a discussion that will take place later in the Comprehensive Plan update process. For more information about the Comprehensive Plan update sign up for notices here.
